Our mission at Her Second Chance Network has always been rooted in empowerment, advocacy, and transformation. As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we’re making some major changes to our business model to better serve our community, and with that, an exciting name change is underway!

This transformation reflects who we are today and where we are going.

Her Second Chance Network empowers individuals and communities by providing tailored support services, including workforce development for formerly incarcerated women, tenant advocacy for housing repairs, and comprehensive assistance for senior citizens to ensure safe and dignified living.
Bounce Back Career After Lock-Up Program
The Workforce Development Program by Her Second Chance Network is dedicated to empowering individuals, particularly women re-entering society after incarceration, senior citizens, and tenants facing housing challenges, with the tools and resources they need to achieve meaningful and sustainable employment.
For Tenants Struggling with Repairs
The Tenant Advocacy and Repair Assistance Program by Her Second Chance Network is designed to empower tenants living in subsidized housing, Section 8 properties, and private rental units. Our mission is to ensure individuals and families have safe, habitable living conditions by addressing the challenges they face in obtaining necessary repairs from landlords and property managers.
For Senior Citizens
The Senior Citizen Support Program by Her Second Chance Network is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for senior citizens through tailored assistance, advocacy, and community engagement. This program addresses the unique challenges faced by older adults, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to live with dignity, independence, and comfort.
